Insurance can be daunting for patients and providers alike. ALIGN, a proprietary software by Solutions 101, simplifies the process, allowing dentists to navigate insurance reimbursements confidently.

However, without a streamlined access point, managing the process remains time-consuming.

The Ask

Design a client portal for dental practices to upload documents, access analytics, and contact patients.

The Dilemma

The brand poses accessibility challenges, and with endless documents to manage, simplicity is crucial.

The Breakthrough

Implement streamlined onboarding, use brand color as an accent, and introduce a context-aware drawer..

The Solution

Through our client discovery phase, we identified a way to streamline the experience by simplifying complex workflows, making insurance management more accessible for dental practices.

But, like with most projects, aligning the wants with the needs would be a balancing act.

The original flow required a time-intensive approach. By enabling users to capture key content and return later, we removed the barrier to entry, increasing time to value.
